A tarot journal for iPhone

It doesn't tell
your future.

TareOh reads the question you actually typed — the hedge, the word you used twice, the thing you asked around instead of asking.

Three historical decks. A journal that stays on your phone. No account, no feed, and nothing built to pull you back.

What a reading actually does

Three things it will do,
and one it won't.

Reads your wording

The Language panel quotes what you wrote back to you — the phrase you repeated, the decision you'd already made before you asked.

Answers plainly

Ask for a Plain Answer and you get one sentence, not a paragraph of soft hedging dressed up as insight.

Refuses the wrong questions

Medical, legal, financial, crisis — declined at two layers, with a reason. A deck of cards is the wrong instrument for those.

Predict anything

No forecasts, no fate, no “the cards say.” The cards are a prompt structure. You're the one doing the thinking.

The reading

One honest sentence,
then the evidence.

Every reading opens by restating what you asked — not an interpretation, a restatement. If it lands wrong, you've learned something about how you phrased it. If it lands right, you already knew.

Underneath sit the cards you drew and what you noticed in them. Pin any panel to the journal and it becomes an entry you can return to months later, when the same question comes back wearing different clothes.

Language

You wrote “safe” twice without landing on why — as though the word itself was doing the deciding instead of you.

What you noticed

I said “safe” twice without meaning to.

The library

Decks with a provenance,
not a licence fee.

Private by default

There is no account to delete.

Your journal, readings and notes live on your phone. No login, no profile, no copy of your writing on a server. The only backup is the iCloud Drive file you choose to make, in your account rather than ours.

When a reading is interpreted, the question and cards are sent to be read and are not stored afterwards. The privacy policy says exactly what leaves the device and when, in plain sentences.

A record you can't search is a diary. A record that reports back to someone is a product. This is the first one.

Ask it something.

Free readings every week. TareOh Plus removes the limit and the ads.
